WARMAT® Aluminum Strip Detectable Tape is a strip of detectable aluminum foil tape that is totally encapsulated between a polythene base layer and a printed polythene protective covering with a 10 - 50 mm wide aluminum strip and is not less than 12 micron thick. When buried, the steel strip has contact with the earth for its entire length maximizing the potential for inductive location. The aluminum strip detectable tape is mainly used for marking of non metallic underground pipes and cables.
